Aerothermal heat pumps are the most energy efficient heating, cooling or DHW system on the market. Aerothermal energy uses up to 70% of free energy, renewable energy from the air is used to transform it into useful energy, achieving significant savings in consumption.

With aerothermal heat pumps, COP values of more than 5 are achieved. This means that for each Kw we spend on our bill, we obtain 5Kw thanks to the fact that the equipment uses the temperature of the outside air to generate energy.

Types of aerothermal heat pumps

There are several types of aerothermal heat pumps to provide a solution to all the needs and services that are required in a home. In addition, more and more designs, powers and sizes of these heat pumps are made to be used in smaller spaces and to be more adaptable with other energy sources such as solar panels or photovoltaic panels.

Heat pumps for DHW

The heat pumps for sanitary hot water (ACS) have the operation similar to that of an electric water heater but with a lower consumption since they take advantage of the energy of aerothermal energy. In this way you get an aerothermal accumulator to heat the water at a cheaper price.

Heat pumps for heating

In heat pumps for heating, we can manage to use our heating system by radiators, underfloor heating or fan coils with aerothermal energy thanks to the water outlet temperature of 55°C or 60°C depending on the equipment.
